3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, GitHub processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page, and browser and system information. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

If you email me, I process the information you provide (email address, name, content of your message) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website contains links, for example to LinkedIn. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click such a link. Their own privacy policy applies to that processing.
